We would like to build up a substantial collection of building instructions for models by you. Before you get started, please read these guidelines:

• First go to the Model Gallery and make a new page which will then be filed in the Constructopedia Model Gallery section.
• Name the page with the same name as your model.
• At the top of the page please copy and paste this table:

It already contains links to the main constructopedia pages, which should make navigation easier.

• Alternatively you could use the "constructopedia template".
  
• To make instructions you can do anything which you think will be easy for other users to read and understand. (You could take photographs of your model in various stages of construction and accompany this with text explaining it. Alternately, if you have a CAD style program on your computer for lego models such as Ldraw (http://www.ldraw.org/) you could use sreenshots from it etc.) If you really want to you could even make an animation of the model's construction like this video!
• Your instructions can be as short or long as you like, just make sure it shows people how to recreate your model in a simple step by step process.
• Please become a registered user, as it will be much easier for others to give you feedback about your models!
• When you have finished making your instructions page you should link it to the model gallery by putting an image of your model and a link to your page on the model gallery page (you can use the picture as a link if you want).

Thank you for reading the guidelines. If everyone follows them then it will be much easier to organise the Constuctopedia as it grows. Don't worry if you make mistakes; everything can be fixed!
