BrikiWiki Updates Site Permissions!

BrikiWiki's site permissions just got a little stricter. Anonymous users can still post any comments on MOCs or any other page, but they cannot add or edit content. This will cut down on spam edits where trolling troglodytes insert clever witticisms into our pages. You know the kind!
